WESTERN USA TOUR JAN 22-31 CANCELLED....

unfortunately, we were turned away at the border yesterday trying to get into the states. we were trying to cross to start our tour which we've now been forced to cancel. our work permits (which we've had for 5 years) have been caught up in red tape since Oct and are pending approval. even though they have been familiar with us as a touring group over the last few years they weren't willing to budge on letting us cross over this time whatsoever. lame.

we were held in customs for about five hours pleading our case and trying to explain our side of things. fingerprinted, photographed and grilled. we even broke out contracts from the shows to prove we were legitimate....no dice. the decision had been handed down from the supervisors and they weren't willing to change their minds. it was a long, long, disappointing day for us.

i just wanted to apologize and explain the situation to everyone who planned on coming out to the shows as well as the venues and promoters who booked us. we will be back, this is just an unfortunate set back.
